LA Kings Prospect Update – Week 10/26

Another week has passed, which means it’s time for our weekly LA Kings prospect update. This week’s update was highlighted by a college hockey prospect: Kristian Epperson. Epperson, 20, is in his sophomore season at Denver University. This past week, the left-handed shot forward tallied two goals, including the game-winning goal in Friday’s game against the University of Nebraska-Omaha, and one assist in two games.

A relentless forechecking forward who gives over 100% up and down the ice, Epperson is tied for the team lead in both goals (4) and points (9) through eight games and is on a three-game goal streak. He has also seen time in Denver’s top-six forward group as they look to complete their quest for back-to-back NCAA titles and a third in four years.
