Brandt Clarke highlighted the LA Kings pipeline by recording 11 points (3-8=11) in three playoff games in the OHL for the Barrie Colts.

Clarke started off his week by earning OHL player and defenseman of the month honors. He followed that up by recording six points in game one of the Barrie Colts’ first-round series against the Hamilton Bulldogs, including a lacrosse goal or as some people call it, a Michigan.

He followed that up in game two by recording four points to give him ten points in two games to start the playoffs.

With the Colts leading the series 2-0 against the Bulldogs heading into game three, Clarke recorded one assist but was given a five-minute major and a game misconduct for kneeing. Barrie went on to lose the game and lost Clarke for game four due to a one-game suspension for that play. Without Clarke, Barrie lost game four and the series is all knotted up at two games a piece with game five tonight.
