LA Kings Preseason Schedule

The LA Kings announced their 2022-23 preseason schedule on Tuesday. For the first time in quite some time, Los Angeles will not be facing the Arizona Coyotes at any point in their seven-game exhibition schedule.

The Kings will kick off their preseason schedule two days earlier than last year, with the first game coming against the San Jose Sharks on Sunday, September 25. Los Angeles will complete the back-to-back, playing Vegas on Monday, September 26, before getting a day off.

From there, the Kings will host the Sharks in Ontario on Wednesday the 28th before playing every other day, with three out of the final four games against Anaheim, leading up to the start of the regular season.

Here’s the complete schedule:

Sunday, Sept. 25: Kings at San Jose – 4:00 pm
Monday, Sept. 26: Kings at Vegas – 7:00 pm
Wednesday, Sept. 28: Kings vs. San Jose at Toyota Arena in Ontario – 7:00 pm *
Sunday, Oct. 2: Kings vs. Anaheim at Crypto.com Arena – 6:00 pm
Tuesday, Oct. 4: Kings at Anaheim – 7:00 pm
Thursday, Oct. 6: Kings vs. Vegas at Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City – 6:00 pm *
Saturday, Oct. 8: Kings vs. Anaheim at Crypto.com Arena – 2:00 pm

The team also announced that the Kings and NHL 2022-23 regular season schedule will be released later this week. There was a short break in the hockey calendar, but things will pick right back up with the 2022 NHL Entry Draft Thursday and Friday of this week, the schedule release, and the start of free agency next week.
