September has arrived, and so have the hockey activities. The Rookie Faceoff is scheduled for next week, and the LA Kings have announced the roster for this year’s tournament.

This year’s roster will feature 24 players (14 F, 8 D, and 2 G) with eight players returning from last year. The roster will also feature 17 draft picks since 2020, including four from this previous draft, headlined by Liam Greentree, Koehn Ziemmer, Henry Brzustewicz, Jared Woolley, and Carter George. This tournament will be the first time Kings fans will get a chance to see Kirill Kirsanov on American soil, taking part in his first professional game action in America.
The Kings are scheduled to play two games, with the first matchup on Saturday, September 13th, at 1 PM against the San Jose Sharks.
