LA Kings: Samuel Fagemo Claimed Off Waivers

After being placed on waivers Sunday afternoon by the LA Kings, Samuel Fagemo has now found a new home.

Yes, that is correct. Samuel Fagemo didn’t clear waivers and will instead head over to Nashville. With very few roster spots and Alex Laferriere, Alex Turcotte, and Jaret-Anderson Dolan ahead of him on the depth chart, and along with the Trevor Lewis signing, there was no room for Fagemo to make the roster. Now he’ll get his chance at the NHL level with the Predators.

In addition to Fagemo being claimed off waivers, per Elliotte Friedman, only Jansen Harkins was claimed off of waivers by the Pittsburgh Penguins. That means everyone else who was placed on waivers, including Akil Thomas, Jacob Moverare, and TJ Tynan, for the Kings, has cleared.
