At 5v5, among Kings forwards, he ranked 10th in points (23) and 7th in primary assists (10), according to MoneyPuck.com. His role on the 4th line in the playoffs would be limited, dressing for three games and averaging 5:44 of ice time with Hiller relying on nine forwards to lead the way.

2025-26 outlook
With LA’s top nine set, Turcotte is expected to center the Kings’ new look fourth line with Joel Armia and Corey Perry as his wingers, per Ken Holland. His work ethic, compete, motor, and playmaking ability should complement that line nicely.
Although Turcotte may never live up to the billing of his draft pick status (unfortunate injuries are a main reason), I still believe he can be an impactful player for this Kings team. Here’s to hoping he can make an impact in his second full NHL season!
In hearing from Ken Holland, it sounds as if @LAKings see the defense being more balanced w/ minutes this season between the three pairs.
Sounds like we could see Armia/Turcotte/Perry as a possible fourth line too, which KH believes should be a more trusted fourth line.
