LA Kings Prospect Update – Week 3/18

Another week has passed and it’s time for our LA Kings weekly prospect update. This week’s update was highlighted by Akil Thomas. In three games for the Ontario Reign during the week, Thomas recorded six points (4G – 2A) and was a plus-six rating. The fourth-year pro recorded his first 20-goal season and is up to 42 points (21G -21A) in 60 games. Thomas also recorded the game-winning goal in all three games, including a spin-o-rama move for the overtime winner in the Reign’s 2-1 victory over the Calgary Wranglers.
