The LA Kings and Edmonton Oilers are one of three first-round matchups headed for a Game 7 on Saturday night.

Straight from NHL Public Relations –

The start time of Game 7 of the First Round series between the Los Angeles Kings and Edmonton Oilers is set for 7 p.m. PT on Saturday, May 14, in Edmonton. The game will be televised on Sportsnet, CBC and TVA Sports in Canada. In the U.S., the game will be on ESPN.

The game will also be broadcasted on Bally Sports West in Southern California.

Is Justin Williams available?

While not as bad as Games 2 and 3, the Kings need a more complete 60 minutes than they showed on Thursday. Todd McLellan‘s group looked tentative out of the gate but loosened up as the game progressed.

It was good to see them battle back from a 2-0 deficit. The Kings also only had to kill off one penalty. As has been the case all year, they struggled on the power-play. Despite four opportunities, LA converted just once on Sean Durzi‘s blast from the point.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see a couple of lineup changes. Andreas Athanasiou didn’t have his best game on Thursday, to put it mildly. Does Quinton Byfield draw back into the lineup? Perhaps Gabe Vilardi as well for Brendan Lemieux?

We know Viktor Arvidsson isn’t coming back for this series. Todd McLellan will have some difficult decisions in advance of Saturday’s winner-take-all Game 7.
