Juice comes up just short in Fastest Skater
Entering his first career NHL All-Star Game, LA Kings forward Adrian Kempe knew it wasn’t going to be easy to win his competition.
His opponents included former winners Connor McDavid and Dylan Larkin, and players who are in the single-game top-five fastest skaters this season in Jordan Kyrou, Kyle Connor, and Cale Makar.
Despite this, Kempe finished second in the entire competition, with 13.585 seconds. The total rankings went as followed:
1.Jordan Kyrou (13.550)
2.Adrian Kempe (13.585)
3.Chris Kreider (13.664)
4.Connor McDavid (13.690)
5.Cale Makar (13.834)
6.Kyle Connor (13.851)
7.Dylan Larkin (14.116)
8.Evgeny Kuznetsov (14.559)
