The LA Kings have activated defenseman Christian Wolanin off of the non-roster/COVID-19 list and assigned him to the Ontario Reign in the American Hockey League.

This may come as a surprise to some, as Wolanin had done pretty well in filling the space that Alexander Edler left with his injury, but it appears as though the Kings prefer Olli Maatta.
Wolanin, 26, has one goal, two points through seven games played with the Kings this season, and three points through three games played with the Reign in the AHL.
