The LA Kings have assigned goalie Jacob Ingham from the Ontario Reign to ECHL Greenville on Tuesday. Ingham, 21, was drafted in the sixth round of the 2018 NHL Draft. This season, he was acting as the third goalie on the Ontario roster, making one start between the pipes while posting a 1.85 GAA and .931 SV%.

With Matt Villalta as the primary netminder in Ontario, Garret Sparks will be the sole backup now.
Ingham will earn regular starts in ECHL, where he posted a 3.15 GAA, an .892 SV%, and a shutout in 13 games a year ago. The move comes two weeks after the organization sent goalies Lukas Parik and John Lethemon to the ECHL as well.
